Hills Restaurant is located in the beautiful surroundings of the Brecon Beacons and took home the prize for Best Vegan Burger at the 2022 National Burger Awards. Kerrymaid Development Chef Richard Troman met with chef Cai Williams to discuss how the business maximised the vegan and gluten-free opportunity, and how their plant-based creations became favourites with their customers alongside classic burger combinations.
