Kerrymaid’s Chorizo Hollandaise
Spice up your brunch with this meaty & delicious twist on a classic. A perfect combination of Kerrymaid Hollandaise and Chorizo to add a zing to your brunch menu!

Ingredients
- 300ml Kerrymaid Hollandaise
- 50g Roasted Chorizo
- 2 Tbsp flaked bell pepper
Method
Roast the Chorizo in the oven until cooked through and reserve the oil released
Heat the Hollandaise in a heavy bottomed pan and add the chorizo and the oil, stirring until well combined
Add bell pepper flakes (if using) and stir well
Hold hot until using

- Spice it up by switching the bell pepper flakes for Chilli flakes
- Try using Nduja sausage for a spicier, less chunky sauce
- Customise with fresh herbs, but add them just before serving to preserve their colour
