Cheesy Garlic Doughballs
An excellent sharing option, this dish drips with delicious garlic butter and is filled with melted Kerrymaid Pizza Grate. Try stuffing the balls with sundried tomatoes, pesto, olives… the options are limitless.

Ingredients
- 800g Pizza dough, proved and ready
- 300g Kerrymaid Pizza Grate
- 100g Kerrymaid Buttery
- 4 Garlic cloves, crushed
- Salt and pepper
- Half bunch of parsley, chopped
Method
Grease an ovenproof pan or skillet and preheat the oven to 180oC.
Knock back the dough and split into 8 balls.
Stuff a pinch of Kerrymaid Pizza Grate into the centre of the doughballs.
Place the balls into the pan with even space around them. Lightly cover and allow to prove until doubled in size.
Beat together Kerrymaid Buttery and crushed garlic, season well. Place somewhere warm to soften.
Place the doughballs into the oven for 12-15 minutes, or until well-coloured and baked.
Brush with garlic butter and allow to soak in, repeat once or twice.
Top with Kerrymaid Pizza Grate and bake until golden and bubbling. Serve in the pan with garlic butter for dipping.
